By placing an order and confirming payment on the website of AutoPaint Northern you are entering a legally binding contract in accordance with the following terms and conditions of sale.



We will treat each order for goods, which is confirmed when you proceed from the relevant Payment screen, as an offer by you to purchase the goods and services subject to these terms and conditions. We shall supply you, subject to availability, with the quantity and specification of goods set out in your order. We shall confirm each order by email and such confirmation shall be our acceptance of the contract between us.

Delivery shall be made at the address specified by you at the time of ordering. Goods are usually dispatched within 48 hours but delivery times quoted are approximate only and we cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience arising from failure to provide the advertised service because of factors which could reasonably be considered to be outside our control. We strongly advise that if the goods are required for a specific date they are ordered in advance to avoid any disappointment. Risk of damage or loss of the goods shall pass to you at the time of delivery to the specified delivery address.



All colours are generally available. If for any reason an item is subsequently found to be unavailable when collating your order, then we will will contact you to decide immediate action.



The price of the goods shall be the price listed on our website on the date of your order. All prices displayed on the website are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling and must be paid in full.



It is a criminal offence to knowingly sell aerosol paint to anyone under the age of 16. By purchasing from this web site using a credit or debit card you confirm that you are over the age of 18, or are not acting for someone who is under the age of 18.



AutoPaint Northern wants you to be totally satisfied with your purchase therefor, our orders are quality checked before delivery. Due to the bespoke nature of our products we are unable to refund any order placed on the Auto Paint Northern Website. Orders are only eligible for a return if AutoPaint Northern  have incorrectly packaged and dispatched items. In this case, please contact Auto Paint Northern  at the earliest convenient time. Items are not eligible for a return 7 days after delivery.


Custom Mixed Colours

Due to differnet technology within screens colours may appear to be slightly different on our colour charts. All our British Standard and RAL colours are made as per specification. All custom colours are made from paint powder which is sourced directly from the manufacturers. If for any reason paint powder has been contaminated by the manufacturer AutoPaint Northern  are not responsible for defective custom made colours.


Damaged or Defective Goods

All Aerosols are checked for defects before dispatch. Auto Paint Northern are not responsible for any damaged or defective goods when delivered.


Nothing in these conditions will reduce your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. For further information about your statutory rights contact your local authority Trading Standards Department or Citizens’ Advice Bureau.
